• Inquiry Content: Name, category information, and detailed report content

• Device Information: Operating system, device model, app version (automatically collected during app use)
• Advertising Identifier: Android Advertising ID (for personalized advertising)

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

Collected personal information is not shared for other purposes and is only used for the following:

• Responding to error reports and mobile app development inquiries submitted by users
• Service optimization through error analysis, bug fixes, and stabilization measures
• Checking for store policy violations and operating basic security systems
• App performance improvement and user experience optimization

3. Retention and Disposal Procedures

In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay after the purpose of collection and use has been achieved.

• Immediately and permanently destroyed upon user deletion request or when the purpose expires
• Strictly stored separately for the period required by law for tax evidence purposes
• Electronic files are safely deleted to prevent recovery, and other records are shredded or incinerated

5. Third-Party Provision and Consignment

Currently, we do not provide collected personal information to third parties. However, we use Google AdMob for advertising services, and advertising IDs and approximate location information may be transmitted to Google LLC.

Our apps use Google's AdMob service to provide advertisements.

• Advertising Identifier: Uses Android Advertising ID, which does not directly identify individuals
• Collected Information: Advertising ID, approximate location information, app usage data
• Opt-out: "Opt out of Ads Personalization" available in Android Settings > Google > Ads

7. International Data Transfer

Due to AdMob service usage, some information may be transferred abroad to servers operated by Google LLC and its affiliates. Transferred information mainly includes advertising ID, approximate location information, and app usage data. Google complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield and Swiss-US Privacy Shield.

8. Children's Privacy Protection

Our apps do not collect personal information from children under 14 years of age. If collection of children's personal information becomes necessary in the future, we will process it in compliance with relevant laws and obtain consent from legal representatives.
